Vegan Meatballs in traditional sauce

Ingredients

-1 pack Heura Meatballs

Sauce:
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Flour
- Vegetable stock

Preparation

    In a deep frying pan cook the meatballs over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning frequently to brown them. Separate them once cooked.

    In the same frying pan add the onion and poach it slowly, over low heat, for about 25 min. Once it is caramelized, add the garlic for about 3 min.

    Then add 1 tablespoon of flour and cook until it loses its raw smell.

    Gradually add vegetable stock and mix. Once everything is added, bring it to a boil. Blend everything with a hand blender.

    Add the meatballs and let reduce for 5-10 min.
