Vegan Meatballs in traditional sauce

Ingredients
-1 pack Heura Meatballs
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- Flour
- Vegetable stock
Preparation
- 1In a deep frying pan cook the meatballs over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning frequently to brown them. Separate them once cooked.
- 2In the same frying pan add the onion and poach it slowly, over low heat, for about 25 min. Once it is caramelized, add the garlic for about 3 min.
- 3Then add 1 tablespoon of flour and cook until it loses its raw smell.
- 4Gradually add vegetable stock and mix. Once everything is added, bring it to a boil. Blend everything with a hand blender.
- 5Add the meatballs and let reduce for 5-10 min.
- 6Serve.
