Ingredients
Breaded Chick'n Fillet Heura
250 g canned pineapple with its juice
Oil
1/2 pepper
1/2 onion
Garlic
3 tablespoons ketchup
Preparation
- 1Chop the pepper, onion and pineapple to taste. Reserve the pineapple juice.
- 2In a pan, fry the pepper and onion for 8-10 minutes, adding the pineapple for the last 4 minutes.
- 3Add the garlic and ginger, finely chopped. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- 4Add the pineapple juice and ketchup, reduce until desired consistency.
- 5Separately cook the Breaded Chick'n Fillet Heura as indicated on the package.
- 6Serve on a plate and place the sauce on top of the breaded fillet.
