Heura fine herb burger with baked sweet potatoes and crispy coleslaw
Because eating well doesn't have to be complicated (or boring). This Heura chicken burger is everything you love: high in protein, a source of fiber, and very low in saturated fat. Add crispy baked sweet potatoes, refreshing coleslaw, and a touch of BBQ sauce... and you've got a winning combo for any day. The everyday burger is served!

Ingredients
1 Heura burger
1 sweet potato, peeled, washed, and cut into thick strips
1 piece of cabbage
1 green apple
1 carrot
Dijon mustard
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
BBQ sauce
Preparation
- 1Cook the burger with olive oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- 2Toss the sweet potato with the oil, salt, and pepper and bake at 185°C until golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. Cook in an air fryer at 185°C for 14 minutes.
- 3For the salad: Wash all the vegetables and the apple and slice them finely. Mix them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Store in the refrigerator.
- 4Serve the freshly made burger with sweet potatoes, salad, and BBQ sauce for dipping.
