Ingredients
250 g of Homestyle Mince Heura
1/2 cup of vegetable broth
1/2 medium onion
1/2 medium carrot
1/2 celery stick
15 g of tomato paste
50 ml of dry wine
1 bay leaf
Olive oil
Nutmeg
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation
- 1Cut the onion, celery and carrot into very small pieces.
- 2In a large pot, cook the Heura Homestlye Mince with olive oil, over medium heat for about 6 min. Once the time has passed, set aside in a covered container.
- 3In the same pot, add the oil and add the carrot, onion and celery. Cook for about 6 min.
- 4Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 min. Add the wine, making sure to scrape the bottom of the pot. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 min. Add the bay leaves.
- 5Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to a boil for about 20 min, then add the cooked Heura Homestlye Mince and let it boil for another 10 min.
- 6Use this ragù as a topping for your favourite pasta.
