Hummus with Burger Fine Herbs and Mediterranean Salad
Because eating well doesn't have to be complicated (or boring). This Heura chicken burger has everything you love: high in protein, a source of fiber, and very low in saturated fat. Add this special hummus and a cucumber salad for a complete meal packed with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
1 Heura Fine Herbs Burger
For the hummus:
400g cooked chickpeas
3 heaped tablespoons of tahini
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
Juice of ½ lemon
4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
30ml EVOO
A glass of water
For the salad:
Cucumber
1 teaspoon mustard
EVOO
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Fresh chopped cilantro
Toasted hazelnuts.
Preparation
- 1For the hummus: Blend all the ingredients and add water until you achieve the desired texture.
- 2For the salad: Cut and crush the cucumbers.
- 3Add salt to help them release water (you can drink this liquid). About 10 minutes is sufficient.
- 4Then season with mustard, oil, agave, cilantro, and hazelnuts to taste.
- 5Cook the Fine Herbs Burger in a frying pan with oil, turning constantly for 6 minutes.
- 6Place a bed of hummus with dried tomatoes, the cucumber salad on the side, and finally the Heura Burger with fine herbs.
- 7Finish by dressing the dish with the smash cucumber dressing and more fresh cilantro.
