Heura Burger Fine Herbs Bowl

Because eating well doesn't have to be complicated (or boring). This Heura chicken burger has everything you love: high in protein, a source of fiber, and very low in saturated fat. Add some potatoes, tomato, avocado, and more vegetables, and you have all the nutrients you need for a day full of energy.

Ingredients

1 Heura Fine Herbs Burger

For the bowl:
Green leaves
Unfried potatoes*
Tomato
Onion
Avocado

For the yogurt sauce:
A couple of tablespoons of natural plant-based yogurt
A teaspoon of ketchup (or tomato paste)
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Preparation

    Chop some potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender.

    Drain them and mix them with spices to your liking, salt, and olive oil.

    Place them in the air fryer or oven and cook until golden brown.

    For the yogurt sauce: mix a couple of tablespoons of plain plant-based yogurt with a teaspoon of ketchup (or tomato paste), 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Cook the Fine Herbs Burger in a frying pan with oil, turning constantly for 6 minutes.

    Assemble the bowl to your liking and add the burger on top.

    Finish by dressing the dish with the yogurt sauce.
