Heura Burger Fine Herbs Bowl
Because eating well doesn't have to be complicated (or boring). This Heura chicken burger has everything you love: high in protein, a source of fiber, and very low in saturated fat. Add some potatoes, tomato, avocado, and more vegetables, and you have all the nutrients you need for a day full of energy.

Ingredients
1 Heura Fine Herbs Burger
For the bowl:
Green leaves
Unfried potatoes*
Tomato
Onion
Avocado
For the yogurt sauce:
A couple of tablespoons of natural plant-based yogurt
A teaspoon of ketchup (or tomato paste)
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- 1Chop some potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender.
- 2Drain them and mix them with spices to your liking, salt, and olive oil.
- 3Place them in the air fryer or oven and cook until golden brown.
- 4For the yogurt sauce: mix a couple of tablespoons of plain plant-based yogurt with a teaspoon of ketchup (or tomato paste), 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 5Cook the Fine Herbs Burger in a frying pan with oil, turning constantly for 6 minutes.
- 6Assemble the bowl to your liking and add the burger on top.
- 7Finish by dressing the dish with the yogurt sauce.
