Salad with Heura Burger Fine Herbs
Because eating well doesn't have to be complicated (or boring). This Heura chicken burger has everything you love: high in protein, a source of fiber, and very low in saturated fat. Add this nutrient-packed salad and you have a complete meal.

Ingredients
2 Heura Fine Herb Burgers
Lettuce sprouts
Radishes
1 mango
1 bag of tender sprouts
1 avocado
For the dressing:
3 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Preparation
- 1Cook the burger with olive oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
- 2Mix the sprouts with the sliced radishes and diced mango in a salad bowl.
- 3Serve on a plate alongside the burgers and sliced avocado.
- 4For the dressing: combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake until emulsified.
- 5Serve the salad with the burgers and dress at the last minute.
