Heura Vegan Cheeseburger

Ingredients

2 Heura Burgers (1 pack)
2 hamburger buns
2 slices of vegan cheese
1 teaspoon of vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of mustard
2 teaspoons of ketchup
Lettuce
4 slices of fresh tomato

Preparation

    Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the burger for 3-4 minutes on each side.

    Add the vegan cheese during the last 2 minutes and cover the pan to melt it.

    Toast the buns in a toaster and spread the mayonnaise and mustard.

    To assemble the burger, first place the lettuce, then the tomato, followed by the Heura burger with the melted cheese. Add ketchup to taste and close the burger.
