Grilled Vegan Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
4 slices of sandwich bread
Margarine
2 slices of vegan cheese
1 pack of Heura York Style Slices
Preparation
- 1Spread margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
- 2Place one slice of vegan cheese and two Heura York Style Slices on one of the bread slices. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
- 3In a non-stick pan, melt a tablespoon of margarine over medium-low heat.
- 4Place the sandwich in the pan and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
