Heura steak with citrus salad and mustard sauce

Ingredients

1 heura steak

1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped (we removed the germ)

1 handful of washed and chopped parsley

1 handful of green leaves

1 ripe tomato, cut into wedges

2 strips of roasted peppers, diced

1 mandarin, peeled and diced

Olive oil

Apple cider vinegar

Vegan mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

Preparation

    Mix the garlic, parsley and oil to make a picada.

    Cook the steak in a pan with olive oil for 2.5 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.

    Off the heat, add the picada to the steak.

    For the salad: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well for 3 minutes before serving.

    For the sauce: mix the mayonnaise and mustard well.

    Plating: Serve all ingredients in an orderly manner as shown in the photo.
