Heura steak with citrus salad and mustard sauce

Ingredients
1 heura steak
1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped (we removed the germ)
1 handful of washed and chopped parsley
1 handful of green leaves
1 ripe tomato, cut into wedges
2 strips of roasted peppers, diced
1 mandarin, peeled and diced
Olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Vegan mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
Preparation
- 1Mix the garlic, parsley and oil to make a picada.
- 2Cook the steak in a pan with olive oil for 2.5 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
- 3Off the heat, add the picada to the steak.
- 4For the salad: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well for 3 minutes before serving.
- 5For the sauce: mix the mayonnaise and mustard well.
- 6Plating: Serve all ingredients in an orderly manner as shown in the photo.
